Supporting students goes beyond academics — it’s about giving them the tools to navigate life’s pressures with resilience, clarity, and self-trust. My student wellness talks are designed to meet young people where they are: busy, often overwhelmed, and searching for balance. Drawing from my own story of healing through grief, my background in psychology, and over 20 years of experience with mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork, I offer practical strategies that students can use right away. Each session blends relatable storytelling with science-backed practices — from simple breathwork to mindset shifts — so students leave not only inspired, but equipped with real tools to manage stress, improve focus, and connect more deeply with themselves and others.
