The Calm Kit
Tools I use and genuinely recommend
This page exists for one simple reason:
People often ask what I actually use to support my own mindfulness, movement, and nervous system practices.
Not what’s trendy; not what promises a transformation in 7 days.
Just practical tools that reduce friction, support consistency, and make it easier to show up for the practice itself.
Nothing here is required; these are supports, not shortcuts!
A quick note on transparency
Some of the links on this page are affiliate links. That means I may earn a small commission if you choose to purchase — at no extra cost to you. I only share items I personally use, trust, or would confidently recommend to clients. If something doesn’t feel right for you, skip it. The practice matters more than the tools.
How I choose what I recommend
Before anything makes it onto this page, it has to meet a few standards:
It supports regulation, not dependence
It removes friction rather than adding complexity
It doesn’t promise outcomes or “fix” anything
It aligns with a grounded, non-woo approach
I’d still teach the practice even if you never bought the product
If a tool doesn’t meet those criteria, it doesn’t belong here.
Happy practicing! Namaste.
