About Oriana

I’m Oriana Sparks, a mindfulness facilitator, speaker, and coach based in Toronto. For over 20 years, mindfulness has been my anchor, guiding me through both everyday stresses and life’s deepest challenges. After being widowed just days after giving birth to my third child, I turned to meditation, breathwork, fitness and yoga not just as practices, but as lifelines. Through that journey of grief, resilience, and rebuilding, I discovered a truth that is now the cornerstone of my business:

With a B.A. in Psychology and a decade of experience in corporate communications, I bridge the science of the mind with the art of mindfulness. As a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness facilitator, I guide my clients in cultivating presence, resilience, and balance. My approach is practical, accessible, and science-backed; designed for real life, not just 1-day retreats.

Today, I partner with ambitious yet overwhelmed professionals, forward-thinking organizations, and schools to make mindfulness more than a buzzword. Whether I’m leading a corporate wellness series, coaching 1:1, or speaking on stage, my mission is the same: to help people remember their wholeness, reconnect with their inner strength, and thrive with clarity and purpose by keeping promises to themselves.

When I’m not guiding sessions, you’ll find me with my four children, hiking in the woods, or at the gym! My work isn’t about being a guru; it’s about walking this path alongside you (because believe me, my work is far from done), with honesty, warmth, and a deep belief that healing is possible for everyone.
