Oriana Sparks: Speaker Bio
Oriana Sparks is a corporate wellness speaker, meditation facilitator, and resilience coach who teaches organizations and their leaders how to leverage calm as a competitive advantage. With a unique blend of psychology, mindfulness, and strategic communications, she helps teams lower stress, strengthen emotional regulation, improve productivity, and build cultures where people thrive rather than endure.
Oriana’s work is deeply informed by over 20 years immersed in meditation, yoga, and breathwork, a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy, and 10 years of corporate communications and marketing experience at leading law firms in Toronto. She understands high-pressure work environments not only academically, but personally, and this lived perspective shapes her evidence-based yet deeply human approach to mental well-being at work.
Her career in corporate wellness began following a life-altering chapter of widowhood that forced her to rebuild from the inside out. It was mindfulness — not perfectionism or productivity — that helped her transform grief into grounded resilience, rediscover self-leadership, and learn that discipline is the highest form of self-love. Today, her teachings empower others to do the same: to regulate their nervous systems, to lead from calm instead of urgency, and to sustainably reach their potential without sacrificing their well-being.
Oriana delivers keynotes, workshops, and multi-week wellness programs that blend science-backed tools with practical application. Her signature corporate curriculum includes guided meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, stress management for performance, mindful leadership, and communication under pressure. She has supported corporate teams, school boards, sports organizations, and community groups, creating experiences that are accessible, engaging, and inclusive for all.
Whether she’s speaking to a room of executives, facilitating a student assembly, or guiding a leadership team through burnout prevention strategies, Oriana brings warmth, credibility, and connection. Her approach is non-judgmental and relatable, grounded in the belief that people don’t need to be fixed; they need tools, safety, and space.
Oriana lives and works in Toronto and is on a mission to make mindfulness mainstream in workplaces across Canada, proving that when calm becomes culture, everybody wins — healthier people, stronger teams, and organizations where performance and well-being fuel each other instead of competing.
