Postpartum Restore is a gentle, postpartum-focused mommy and baby yoga series created to support gentle recovery, regulation, and reconnection after birth.

This is a calm, cozy space where new moms can move slowly, breathe deeply, and feel held—without pressure to perform or “bounce back.” Babies are welcome in all states, and feeding, soothing, and pausing are always encouraged.

Each class includes:

  • postpartum-safe movement and mobility

  • breathwork to support the nervous system

  • baby-inclusive moments

  • time to settle and connect before returning to your day

With only five spots, this series is intentionally intimate, allowing for personalized guidance and a sense of familiarity that builds over six weeks.
